agp7 是基于缓存的增量，跟场景里的的git增量不太一样。
agp7插件自己依赖 30.0.4的lint-model、sdk-common，这两个包删除了好多api，仓库代码基本没法弄，感觉得重新整一套

变化确实比较大，但是基本逻辑是一样的
agp7的话直接使用就好了，不需要git来进行增量判断不是挺好的吗
