grade bounding boxes is added a border of 5px, could cause index out of bound error when slicing value from column.

suggestion:

  • modify read_grades(),
  • modify get_rows(): get_row(deskew_img, column_coords) => return grade_bboxes
  • slice grade_bboxes with deskewed_img
