Home page enhancements

The Home could have some enhancements.

• The background map might suit the web view but it's not suitable for the mobile view. What if we used another one instead?
• The Threefold logo & title with the Threefold Connect look a bit repetitive and make this section look a bit crowded. What if we only used the Threefold Connect title instead?
• The spacing between page sections is not consistent (before and after the description)
• Rephrase the description to a more engaging phrase highlighting the overall view of the app
