What happened?

• The virtual machine (VM) continues to consume TFT balance even when the node server is turned off.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Deploy full VM using the Dashboard
2.Turn off the Node Server.
3.Check the balance periodically to confirm if any deductions are made.
4.Observe that TFT balance continues to be consumed despite the node server being off.
