Describe the bug

Tried to update VM to upgrade the storage but it did not work and the docs to guide me how to update an already created vm is missing

To Reproduce

Created a vm using pulumi
Change the memory to higher storage (acceptable sotrage)
Run "make run"

It's because we don't support workload upgrades, yet. I'll add this to later milestone
