Two Anker E1600 but only one with Control elements

Hey there,

I have a Problem with one of my E1600 he has not all controls that i need.
the 2 E1600 are not in one System by Ankerapp.

Is there a way to check whats wrong? I made to Pictures to see the differenz.

Ok, found out, that without a energyplan in the Anker app, there is no control element.
