Basic Cron Aggregation #4

Allow to aggregate the raw data into a aggregated table:
| timestamp_from | timestamp_to | metric | nmb_of_data_points | min | max | mean |

The time frame should be configurable. Let's start with one aggregation.
The raw data should be cleaned up.
