Hey everyone, thanks for your time.

Some users of my app reported they are having troubles, the app crashes after showing this message:

RtApiWasapi::probeDeviceInfo: Unable to retrieve device mix format.

I'm trying to avoid crashing and handle the problem.

How can I handle that problem after a getDeviceInfo call?

Which version of Windows, x64? What hardware are they using?
