On the watch video page, add a button to download the video and a link to view source code (on GitHub). Note that only some videos will have an available video file to download and also only some videos will have source code. So both of these elements will be conditionally displayed.

Hey @kristykjlee where should I find the current implementation for this? Also, would you suggest I create a new file or just work off the old one?

Please do not design yet. We do not have the download functionality for the BE ready. Keeping it here for our backlog though.
