[Feature] When PV is down, error message shown to user contains html code

Bug Description

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. When PV is down, Go to 'Account Manager'
2. Switch between account numbers in an attempt to see balance/overview of account
3. Wait for request to fail
4. See the error on the top right-hand corner

Expected behavior
User-friendly messages should be shown to users in such situations as it could be a security issue as well when this kind of detail is showed.
Actual behavior
A clear and concise description of what actually happened.
