According to issue #543 the windows installer icon should also differ from the main exe. Right now they're the same and have no visual difference.
Here're two alternatives for the installer. Hope you like it. If it'll be approved i'll up all sizes and ico file.

@buckyroberts @kristykjlee you guys have a preference on them? I like both, maybe leaning towards the first one (with the dark blue) more, since it looks like its more like our color scheme
