Bulk Payments

• Include a new section called thenewboston Community under the Friends section. We will include a section for Contributors here. The Contributors page will show all the people who are getting paid weekly and we will give an option for the payments team to send bulk payments quickly to each weekly paid member.
• In the contributors page, we are going to display the number of team members, the team name, each users title, each users display name, github username, slack user name, who is lead or not, weekly pay, account number, date added to the team, and when each member was last paid from the send payments modal.
• We are going to give the payments team the option to select all as well as the ability to select or deselect individual contributors in case anything happens. (Removed from team, didnt do work, etc...)
• In the Send Payments modal, we are going to display all the same information excluding github username, slack username, date added, and last payment.
• In the Send Payments modal, we are also going to include the ability to remove a contributor off the list in needed.
• In the Send Payments modal, we are going to display the account the payments team will pay the contributors from, the account balance, the total users multiplied by the weekly pay per person, active bank fee, PV fee, and then finally the total transaction.
• Once user fills out the account, the Send button will be enabled right away.
• After payments are sent, please make sure to include a toast of the successful transaction.
