Requested from collaborator: output file of AMR finder plus with amr, vir, and stress genes parsed into individual fields in a csv file to be uploaded to MicrobeTrace with the idea being that we would use this file to map node features to presence of particular amr genes. Multiple groups would benefit from this feature.
