Create settings for anonymized fields

We would like to be able to run the importer with settings such that email IDs are not imported, or are imported in some anonymized format like {akid}[email protected] -- probably for staging, but possible for production as well, for groups like Zazim that intend to use Identity as a data warehouse but not a mailer.
