I would like to use a subdomain as FQDN instead of IP address, are there any settings I need to tweak?
Can I use a reverse proxy like Nginx?

Hi sm2x!. Sorry for the late response. There is no setting you need to change to use a FQDN. And should not have problem to use nginx with the server.
