It is not customary to think about HTML, or Hypertext Markup Language, as a programming language. Rather, it's a markup language for organizing and presenting web material. HTML serves as the foundation for web pages, but unlike more conventional programming languages like Python or JavaScript, it is unable to carry out logical processes or change data. Nonetheless, HTML frequently collaborates with programming languages to provide dynamic and engaging online content.
