Written : up to 2000 MB
What should be written : up to 4000 MB

Do you mean all bots can upload up to 4Gb? Since 4Gb upload is a premium feature.

bots aren't able to upload up to 4 Gb as it's a user only feature, not mentioned in the Bot API
But any bot can download any file up to 4Gb (you can test with mine : @unzip_edm115bot, and even if I have premium the bot was created before I had and it doesn't change anything because the premium attribute doesn't applies to bots)
