Story

As a ground command operator
I should be able to send and receive data with the satellite on XX% of all passes (need GMAT to know avg length of passes)
So that I can know the state of the satellite and modify the payload

Acceptance Criteria

  • Satellite should listen for 10 minutes and transmit as many times as possible for 1 minute (these are just values to start with)
  • When the Satellite receives a request for on-demand transmission, it will switch from listening mode into transmission mode
