Epic: #4

We need a new guide for setting things up in regard to the supported test frameworks.

While we do not need to take the user by the hand, we should at least provide some basic pointers (npm install --save-dev) and links to our existing seeds.

Also, it would be nice to have some recommendations at hand for the various assertion/expectation frameworks available for each of the supported framework.

In addition, the section must also provide the user with information on dependency injection support and how to set it up.

Not to mention listing the available mocking frameworks.
