Layout is broken on all devices

The test framework icons to the bottom right are arranged in columns, which breaks with the tile based layout. Instead of columns/column the class must be tile, with the icons also having the is-4 modifier.

Also, the hero at the top and bottom do not extend to the full width of the viewport.
