Add ability for internationalisation

Would it be possible to modify the project to make it translatable into other languages? I would have liked to translate it into French.

I have planned to add the ability to have different languages into DisplayMagician, but I wanted to concentrate on adding enough functionality into the program before I did so.

With V2.0 of DisplayMagician slowly on its way, I think I'll look at internationalisation after I've completed the new display control libraries. So I'm planning to add this address this in V2.1.

Have had to push this feature to v2.2.0 as there is a more critical video library parsing bug that will need to be fixed before this is added.

I haven't forgotten about this, I'm just getting a lot of feature requests and bugs to fix that are higher priority. I absolutely want to add multilingual support, and plan to do so sometime this year. I believe that bugfixes for the new custom video libraries that I've made will start to settle down, and that will give me time to work on the multi-language support.
