Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Intel Arc devices now support merged screens, similar to NVIDIA Surround, and AMD Eyefinity. Therefore it would be most excellent if we could create a new Intel Arc video library that will be able to turn those features on or off. Please see issue #210 for more information.

Create a new Intel Arc video library that will be able to turn merged screens on or off, as well as any other Intel Arc specific features.

There are no other alternatives.
