the initial iteration of this util focuses on dialect conversion. there are also schema/data type considerations that have to be accounted for as well. some of these considerations can be automated-- lets works on automating any low hanging fruit that we can!

Two relevant PRs linked for this, the new seed file as well as the datatype conversions code.
Only thing left is to debug the report and why it doesn't show every changed data type
