Interactions with no BundleID

Found interaction ID 24e79504-4333-45ab-b4e8-64f7d0771e32 in QA having a null Bundle ID. Should this be possible?

In the original payload for the interaction id 24e79504-4333-45ab-b4e8-64f7d0771e32, the Bundle ID and Bundle Profile URL are missing from the Bundle metadata.

The FHIR validation error for the missing Bundle ID is returned in the OperationOutcome only if the Bundle Profile URL is present in the Bundle metadata.

In this particular case, the Bundle Profile URL also missing with Bundle ID.

According to the SHIN-NY IG, the Bundle ID is mandatory, but the validation error is triggered only when the Bundle Profile URL is present.

During conversation with NYeC team, this was discussed as something they'd add to next Implementation Guide update. We should check the next version for IG for new rules around this and we can close if it is no longer an issue.
