为 preversion 罗列信息添加当前分支的推荐 alpha 版本号 #555

比如，虽然最新的 alpha 版本已经打到 0.12.26-alpha.1-xxx，但如果当前所在分支对应的正式版本还在 0.12.24，那么 alpha 版本应该是 0.12.25-alpha.?-xxx。而此时，就需要知道 ? 是哪个数字了。如果 ? 是 0，则推荐的版本号应该是 0.12.25-alpha.1-xxx。

这个过程目前需要手动确认，不方便，且容易出错。我补充一下。

这种情况可能叫 patch 比叫 alpha 合适，对，也许对应的版本也应该是当前分支的最近正式版本而不是下一个正式版本。
