If i do not add 'memoize' to INSTALL_APPS, i find it also run well.
so why it should be add to the INSTALL_APPS?

I think in order to be able to import it and access to django cache orm.

So far this lib works fine without being in INSTALL_APPS, it declares no models, signals or such, so I don't think django needs to know anything about it.
