Astropysics isn't compiling correctly anymore, so remove the dependency.

Astropysics was being used to query the Schlegel dust maps. Replaced with Kyle Barbary's sfdmap code. This has been temporarily applied as a patch of sorts on the sfd_fix branch to get it working immediately for Justin Mann. Need to incorporate this in a more updated version.
