This is potentially a lot of work, but will have many benefits:

  • Search can be done offline
  • This will link in nicely with saving comics to SD card
  • Archive will load instantly

The problems are:

  • When to update the cache

Above commit relates to this issue but does not fix it. To close this issue out, we'll need a smarter cache that saves the archive offline and only updates it when necessary, preferably in the background (without the user knowing?).
