I have several partitions on my computer*, including one for all my documents, which is not the home folder.

*Yes I know Portfolio is for mobiles. But I’m wondering if there are cases on mobiles where this would be the case as well. Maybe when running two OSes or having an SD card in?

Currently (1.0.0), other partitions are not shown in Porfolio. Might be related to #320 but the workaround described there does not make my partitions appear.

Can you install Flatseal and give Portfolio permission to /mnt ?

Done. But my other partitions are in /media (which has permission as well).

I can access them by going to Devices → System / → media → nicolas → …, but the idea here was about displaying them directly under Devices.
