Runno's Runtime is dependent on specific WASI binaries currently served from https://runno.dev and available inside this git repo.

It would be useful to configure these, for running locally (e.g. in test), and for running offline. It would also be useful if someone wanted to provide their own language runtimes, or base filesystems.
