目前系统支持跨平台部署，能否针对最新版出一个windows下的安装教程。

虽然实用golang 编译的二进制在windows 上运行没问题，但不是很建议，维护并不方便。docker 的优势没了

一个 postgresql 的安装维护都会劝退很多人
