Intelコンパイラ、Intel MPI：mpiicpc, mpiicc, mpiifort
ScaLAPACKもIntel MPI版

EigenExa2.6のインストールでの警告：

ifort: command line remark #10148: option '-mt' not supported

EigenExa-2.6/CMakeLists.txtにおいて、以下のようにコメントアウトした。

##find_package(MPI)
