Use case:

"I have Asthma. would like to see if when my rate of Salbutamol use goes up, has others nearby?"

Would like an API along the lines of

/api/drug/habits/location/?name=paracetamol&location=1234,5678&distance=200

To return an aggregate of usage in the area around location
