Description:
Footer links and button icons are missing a hover color change in high contrast mode (HCM).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enable high contrast mode in the browser or system settings.
  2. Navigate to a page containing the Composible Footer.
  3. Hover over the links and button icons.
  4. Observe that no hover color change is applied in high contrast mode.
