[Optional] Use xcodemake for faster incremental builds

I saw this new project by the creator of Injection to have faster incremental builds. This can be an option way to build first with xcodebuild, then use the generated Makefile for the subsequent builds for faster iteration

How can we integrare this with sweetpad?

Something like create a prelaunch task that runs make and use the sweetpad launch config?

I guess that we should modify the makefiles to place the build files into the sweetpad workspace, is that correct?
