Creation of Copyright Page

In the footer under the legal links, the "Copyright Notice" is present, but clicking on it currently does not open any page. It redirects to the home page instead of displaying important legal information.

I would like to design a dedicated Copyright page to display relevant legal information.

Kindly assign me this.
