[BUG] The contrast of testimonials section is not user friendly

Description

The contrast between the text and background in the testimonials section is low, making it difficult to read for users, especially those with visual impairments. I tried adjusting the browser's contrast settings, but it didn't improve readability sufficiently. Changing CSS properties related to color contrast could solve this issue.

The issue affects the usability of the testimonials section on both light and dark modes. Improving the contrast will enhance readability and accessibility for all users.
