Implementing Add to cart functionality

hey currently clicking on add to cart does nothing

ill make a dropdown on clicking the cart button and also make sure that the number of items in the cart is shown when you add something in the cart beside the cart logo

Kindly assign this to me under gssoc extd and hacktoberfest accepted !!
