Issue description
Enhancing the "What Our Customers Say" section by implementing a horizontal scrolling cards carousel. This will improve user experience by allowing users to browse customer testimonials in a more interactive and visually appealing manner.

Solution

1. Implement a horizontally scrolling card layout using flexbox .
2. Ensuring smooth scrolling for the testimonials with an option to add navigation.
3. Ensuring the design is responsive, allowing proper functionality across different screen sizes.
4. Each card will contain a customer testimonial, including name, feedback, and optional rating or profile picture.

Benefit

1. Improve the user interface of the "What Our Customers Say" section.
2. Provide a better and more engaging way to display multiple customer testimonials.
