[BUG] FAQ section enhancement #310

Description

  1. The FAQ section does'nt have arrows like FAQ's generally have.
  2. While closing a particular, the animation is not smooth. it first decrease size then close abruptly

The above state is noticed while closing faq in between.

(please ignore the command and shift in top right corner.)
