Updates on code integration and options:

• SHIFT (ORNL) - no updates since @kkiesling implementation, some interest in updates expressed by development team
• Serpent (VTT) - chose alternative path based on tet-mesh and/or STL surface mesh

Workflow options:

• Exodus mesh to DAGMC geometry: @kkiesling interest and @aprilnovak experience
• h5py replacement for pymoab - maybe also work with meshio

CI update:

• @shimwell 's PR Putting install scripts into dockerfile #822 was thrashing cpu cycles by rebuilding at each stage
  • will reassess simply doing N parallel full builds
