The TotalReadoutTime for DWI scans is hard-coded as 0.6 seconds this is implausible. I realize that TotalReadoutTime can generally be ignored if equal for the two phase-reversed images (albeit it impacts the calibrated image some use for quality assurance). However, this should be corrected to prevent further confusion. You should be able to determine the TotalReadoutTime by using dcm2niix to convert a DICOM dataset.

@suyashdb , May I know where did you get the value 0.6 for the TotalReadoutTime and also the echotime2 for T1w and T2w. I am not able to find the documentation for these values. It would be really helpful if you can send some references. Thanks in advance.
