Update translations for v2.3 release

I'd like to make a new release before the end of the year. The following translations could use updating:

• Danish (da)
  • missing translation for HELP_OPTION_EVRA, ERR_BADOPT_EVRA and ERR_BADOPT_NOARG
  • man page missing description for the --evra option
• Greek (el)
  • missing translation for HELP_OPTION_EVRA and ERR_BADOPT_EVRA
  • man page missing description for the --evra option
• Spanish (es)
  • missing translation for HELP_OPTION_EVRA, ERR_BADOPT_EVRA and ERR_BADOPT_NOARG
  • man page missing description for the --evra option
• French (fr)
  • missing translation for HELP_OPTION_EVRA and ERR_BADOPT_EVRA
  • man page missing description for the --evra option
• Portuguese (pt)
  • missing translation for HELP_OPTION_EVRA, ERR_BADOPT_EVRA and ERR_BADOPT_NOARG
  • man page missing description for the --colour, --describe, --evra, --image and --licence-list options
• Turkish (tr)
  • missing translation for HELP_OPTION_EVRA, ERR_BADOPT_EVRA and ERR_BADOPT_NOARG

Hello, @natastro.

You can find the translation files in the lang/ directory. You can start by copying the missing msgid+msgstr pairs from the English translation file (en.po) to the Spanish one (es.po). Please leave the msgids unchanged.

If you want to add the missing description in the man page as well - those can be found in the man/ directory. Again, start by copying the relevant text from the English version.

Hi @suve - I've finished the lang/ piece and I'm now working on man/. In es.man, the first line is:

.TH VRMS-RPM 1 "2018-10-30"

Should the date match with en.man or be today's date?

The date is separate for each .man file, it should reflect the date of the last significant edit. So yeah, change it to the current date.
