Write an adapter for Minter so that it can pose as a Masterchef and MasterchefV2 pool (with 100% of the Masterchef weight) to then "mint" tokens for gauges to function.

If you want a cool name Masterchef v3 (or Sensei, or MintingMasterChefAdapter, whatever you want)
