It also checks if the number is valid and possible, but lacks additional details like timezone, number type, specific location, and user-friendly messages

🚀 Proposed Changes

Enhance the function to include timezone detection, number type identification, and geographical location details. Add multiple formatting options (e.g., RFC3966 format) and user-friendly messages for clearer validity checks. Include helpful suggestions when the number is invalid or incomplete, making the output more informative and easy to understand.
