how the semantic decoder is trained?

Is anyone know how the semantic decoder is trained? I want to try fine tune but I cannot find any info about how the semantic part is trained.

There's no official information on this. The devs have said it should be trainable in principle, if someone figured out how. But as far I know nobody has.
