PICAR-X remote control issue

I am new to picar and I am having some issues to run some of the example projects and especially the ones involving "remote controls":

• Remote control :
  When I run the program and try to move the joystick (on tablett) I see a light blinking on the picar which shows the command is sent but the car don't move.
  (yet the program "Move" is working perfectly)

My Raspberry is a pi3 model B (picar-X)
Working on tablet Android but also on Macos (although I can only connect through the terminal)

One detail that may help : on the ezb-RPi menu with IP address and Libs, I can see "picarmini==v0.1" which has to be uploaded (Up arrow symbol) but I can't (no effect at all)

Is there any update I should do through terminal?
