Make the latest update date at the bottom use Hijri dates #53

This is a non-critical date which is just there as a bonus. Using more Hijri dates is always preferable.

Text should include the word "Version Ramadan 1442" and for example in Arabic: إصدار رمضان 1442

Done, using the native JS handler. Really happy with how easy it was, and using months for release versioning is much better than arbitrary (at least, to the user) version numbers
