Post an insta story image with StoryBuilder

Hi, please could you show an example of how, given the URL of a photo in my PC, I could post it as insta story using the StoryBuilder?
I checked https://adw0rd.github.io/instagrapi/usage-guide/story.html but still quite confused. Thank you

StoryBuilder will build a video file of intagram required resolution
Links (Swipe Up link) are available to accounts with more than 10k followers

I have same instagrapi version and and moviepie '0.2.3.2'.
See my attached screenshot. Any suggestion on how to troubleshoot?

Hi, I confirm instagrapi 1.8.4 with moviepy 1.0.2 works.
I see there's also a new instagrapi 1.8.7. Shall I updagrade to that version? Thanks!

if you have more than 10k followers, then Instagram will allow you to publish a link in a story
