Bug fix of hover effect on navbar

The hover effect on navbar for elements like Apply Login and Home is incomplete and not visually good so there's a improvement needed to change this background on hovering

we can adjust the CSS styling on the navbar to overcome this issue

Describe the solution you'd like

I guess by adjusting the CSS of navbar elements can improve the hover effect on the elements.
